STORY

From the ruins of Aleppo to the world's

largest stages.

Nancy Bosnoian was born in Syria and survived the bombing of Aleppo, an experience that didn't just shape her worldview, it became the foundation of everything she has built since. As a child witnessing a city collapse and later experiencing medical issues, she understood something most policymakers never do: that health information itself is a form of survival.

After she immigrated suffering from sleeping problems while hospitalized, she began asking a question that would define her life's work — Why are sleep and rest the ultimate luxury? Why do 4.5 billion people exist outside the reach of basic health systems? And what would it mean to reach them? Not eventually. Now.

The answer she built is End No Sleep: a nonprofit organization committed to preventative care and reducing mental health vulnerabilities among youth worldwide by addressing one of the most overlooked root causes: sleep. They deploy conversational AI as a health equity tool available in 180 countries, meeting marginalized youth where they already are: on their phones, on WhatsApp, in their reality. To date, End No Sleep has reached over 20,000 young people across 25 countries.

Nancy is currently completing her degree at Columbia University. She is a Clinton Global Initiative Health Equity Fellow, Nasdaq Milestone Maker, One Young World Ambassador, Z Zurich Foundation Fellow, Western Union Foundation Fellow, and UN Millennium Fellow. She has delivered keynotes at Harvard, Rotary International, UN and the World Youth Forum, amongst others.

"We aren't choosing between AI and humans.

We're choosing between AI and nothing."
